I totally regret to buy Dyson V15 The machine has closed on 4th usage and did not open again. So I called the customer service in Türkiye and they asked me to send only the broken parts to their technical service address on 19th of May. They made the courier to get the package from my home. On 24th of May, I received an email says maintenance cancellation. Then I called again the customer service and they confirmed that the result is changing the vacuum with the new one. I said ok and wait for another 6 days for further action from their side. So today I called again the customer service and they asked me if I did send the remained accessories of the vacuum which I did not as I did not know this detail. After that they would send the new machine. I said ok and I requested from them a courier to get the remained accessories. He said we will call you back about this. Why so? Why do not you take them to facilitate the process? After the change result, why do I wait for you to call me? So he said they might be out of stock so the process needs to be longer than usual. I would like to know what is the usual? When do they plan to call me? When do you want to arrange a courier to get the remained parts? Why do not you give trainings to your customer service in Turkey about how to talk a client? Why do you sell chronically problematic products from the high prices? I was thinking to buy Dyson air wrap but after this customer service experience, hell no.
