My Dyson V12 vacuum has a voice issue that has persisted even after three service attempts. Tho I am not sure, I think the noise is from the connection point. We sent it 3 times to the service. They said they would send a pipe in 1 month. Each time they said they would solve the problem and even said that the pipe needed to be changed in the last one and took it to the service. Now it is here again and it makes the same or even more noise. Guaranteed product, what is this for a lot of money! The customer service representatives were unhelpful and unwilling to offer a replacement or refund. Dyson's lack of attention to my issue is the worst that I have ever seen and would not recommend their products to anyone.
