Whistling Noise Coming From Dyson Vacuum Cleaner
While vacuuming the Dyson corded vacuum cleaner towards myself, I hear a whistling sound. It went to the service 3 times, unfortunately, it came back without any action taken. When it came from the service for the 3rd time, there was no sound in the pipe, I immediately called the call center, they said we will record it first and get back to you. When there was no call back, I called the call center again and this time they asked for a video call, which I did not accept. If you cannot reach a representative at the call center, they say they will transfer the phone number, but they transfer the phone to someone within themselves and you explain the issue again and again. I regret buying a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

I was informed that the vacuum cleaner hose was sent by the service and that I could purchase it with money. The price of the hose is 1190.00 TL. I can't explain my problem to the call center employee, and they never transfer me to a manager. They give automatic responses. I regret buying a Dyson vacuum cleaner. I will apply to the Consumer Court as soon as possible.
