Dyson V12 Vacuum No Longer Charges and Service Demands Money for Solution

I purchased my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner from Teknosa (serial number: T8G-EU-RNA0321A). My warranty expired just a couple of months ago, and recently the device stopped charging properly. At first, I thought it was my mistake, maybe not plugging in the cable correctly, because if I adjusted it, it seemed to work. However, now it doesn’t charge at all, no matter which socket or adapter position I try. This is especially upsetting because I had already sent the product to service once before for another issue, and back then the system showed a part had been replaced even though no actual replacement was done. When I contacted customer service this time, they told me I would have to pay a service fee since my warranty had expired, and if I wanted a new charger, I would need to pay ₺2000. When I bought the vacuum, I was assured that issues unrelated to user error would be covered with part replacement, but I was never able to benefit from this right. I own several Dyson products at home, and facing this type of treatment leaves me very upset. I request that my vacuum be repaired free of charge or the necessary part replaced without cost. Otherwise, I will be left with no choice but to pursue my legal rights. I expect a quick resolution and response.
