Dyson V12 Vacuum Body Replacement Left Gaps And Charger Not Returned

After using my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner for about 2.5 years, the device suddenly locked up and the display stopped working. To resolve the issue, I first received video call support, where I was told the problem was related to charging. After checking the charger and finding no improvement, I was informed that the battery needed to be replaced. When that also failed to solve the issue, I was told the main body had to be replaced.

Before sending it in, I specifically asked customer service whether I needed to include the charger, and I was told yes. However, after the main body was replaced and the device was returned to me, my charger was missing. In addition, the new main body has a visible gap—the cover does not sit properly, which was not the case when I first bought the device.

These problems have been ongoing for about 10 days. Since the product was out of warranty, I paid ₺4,500 for the main body replacement. Throughout this entire process, I only shipped the unit once via Yurtiçi Kargo.

I request that my missing charger be returned to me immediately and that the improperly fitted main body part be inspected again and replaced if necessary. My invoice/order number is 2704482998.
