Dyson V12 Suction Power Dropped After a Year

I purchased my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner from Dyson’s official website for approximately ₺21,000. I use the device daily, and over the past two to three months, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in suction power. Additionally, the trigger button has become stiff and difficult to press. These issues have been ongoing and persistent.

When the problems first appeared, my vacuum was still under warranty, so I contacted Dyson customer service. However, I was told that there was no issue with the device or the floor surface. They even mentioned that they tested the suction using tea leaves and found no problem. Yet in my daily use, the suction power is clearly much weaker. I had previously sent the vacuum to service for the button issue and was told that the device had been replaced, but it was returned to me without any actual repair.

My product warranty expired at the beginning of October, and the serial number is 8CX-EU-SGJ3418A. I request that my device be re-examined thoroughly and that any necessary repairs be carried out to fully resolve these issues.
