I can't help but express my dissatisfaction with the Dyson V12 Slim vacuum cleaner I bought nearly two years ago. Throughout this time, I have encountered significant issues that have left me frustrated and let down by Dyson's lack of support. For starters, the V12 Slim's tube has broken not once, but twice in a short period of time. I contacted Dyson for a replacement each time, hoping for a quick resolution. However, it has been over 6 months since I requested a new tube, and there has been no progress in resolving this issue. Replacement tubes appear to be in short supply, and despite my repeated efforts to draw attention to the issue, no one from Dyson has accepted responsibility or offered assistance. Shame on you Dyson!
