Dyson V12 Slim Absolute Pet Brush Defective From First Use

I purchased a Dyson V12 Slim Absolute from the official Dyson Turkey website on 20.12.2025 with order number 2705051957 and invoice number S012025000231946. From the very first use, the pet brush head started to make a scraping noise while rotating and it is clearly not working as it should on a brand new device. After noticing this problem, I contacted Dyson by phone. During the call, I was asked to make a video call for support, but the connection could not be established, so I could not receive any effective technical support or solution. My device is brand new and the fault appeared on first use, therefore I do not accept a repair process for the pet brush. I request that the faulty pet brush head of my Dyson V12 Slim Absolute be replaced with a new, defect-free one as soon as possible and that the support process be carried out without further technical connection problems.

Hello, They told us to have another video call. But if they respond negatively again, it means they won’t back down from what they said earlier; the issue remains unresolved. In my opinion, it should be taken straight to service. Later you’ll say you damaged this part, which is why the sound is coming out.

The issue is still ongoing; now the pipe of the device that was sent to service arrived dented and crushed. Probably back to service for inspection again.
