Three months ago, the pipe on my Dyson V12 vacuum broke. When I called customer care, I was told that the part was out of stock but would be supplied as soon as it became available. It's been three months and I still haven't received the replacement pipe, making my vacuum unusable. The warranty term is running out while I am unable to use my vacuum. I demand a speedy resolution—either a pipe replacement or an other model provided right away. I refuse to accept the response of waiting for product availability any longer.

On June 25, 2024, I was called regarding my complaint and was told that the parts of the product were starting to come into stock and would be sent as soon as possible. Let's see how long "as soon as possible" will take.
