Three months ago, the pipe on my Dyson V12 vacuum broke. When I called customer care, I was told that the part was out of stock but would be supplied as soon as it became available. It's been three months and I still haven't received the replacement pipe, making my vacuum unusable. The warranty term is running out while I am unable to use my vacuum.
