Dyson V8 Brush Head Stopping on Carpets

I purchased my Dyson V8 cordless vacuum cleaner in April 2023. Before three years had even been completed, the device started to malfunction, and for the last one and a half years, I have not been able to use it properly. When I use the vacuum on carpets, the brush head sometimes stops, then starts again, and makes a “pof” sound. This problem keeps recurring and prevents me from using the product efficiently. During this period, I contacted Dyson by phone and explained the situation. I was only told to clean the filter, and no real support or solution was offered. Despite following the instructions, the problem continued in the same way. Meanwhile, the warranty period has expired, even though the issue has effectively existed for about one and a half years. I am very disappointed that I have experienced such a malfunction with a Dyson product in such a short time and could not receive effective support. I request that my Dyson V8 be replaced free of charge due to this ongoing problem that started within the warranty period and has made the product unusable.
