Dyson V10 Vacuum Spare Part Can Not Be Found!
I have a Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner, and the vacuum head stopped working. I called the service, and they didn't even ask about the problem. They immediately told me to purchase a new vacuum head, which was out of stock. I was instructed to tick the 'notify me when in stock' button, which I did, four months ago! Since then, there has been no news or communication whatsoever. Now, if the company is unable to provide spare parts, why do they sell the item in the first place? Moreover, if they cannot offer the spare part, why don't they attempt to repair the original part? Lastly, if customer service is not included in my purchase, why did I pay twice as much for a vacuum cleaner?
