Dyson Cannot Provide Spare Parts. It Makes Customers Suffer!

In my personal opinion, Dyson has failed. They have been unable to supply spare parts for a long time. Investigate the complaints, and you'll see. We are tired of this brand. The handle of my vacuum broke. I contacted Dyson on February 10th, and they promised to send a new handle. However, they don't have the spare part in stock. Since February 10th, I have called and talked to them numerous times, and each time they say, "we have a parts issue, we can't supply it, we are working on solving the problem," and ask for more time. When I mentioned that I am tired of waiting and requested a new device, they said, "you will have to wait, we do not send new devices." It's been over 4.5 months. Many people are experiencing problems with the hose. Not only the hose but every part of this vacuum is problematic. Every part is made of poor-quality plastic.
