Dyson Turkey Failed to Issue a Refund for Returned Product

I received Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Formaldehyde™ (White/Gold) on 11.04.2023 with shipment number 34408704 from Dyson Turkey Elektrikli Ürünler Tic. Ltd. ŞTİ's website. However, I returned the product on 13.04.2023 with shipment number 34567506 to Kolay Gelsin cargo company, as I received the wrong item. Although I was informed by customer service that I would receive a refund within 14 days of the product inspection, it has been 21 days, and I still haven't received my money. As a corporate company, I cannot accept this inconvenience caused by Dyson. Despite my repeated conversations with them, they have not refunded my money. Therefore, I am writing this review to inform them that I will take legal action and contact the Arbitration Committee. Dyson officials should know that delaying tactics won't work, and they must refund my money as soon as possible.
