Dyson Torque Drive Nozzle Motor Spontaneously Failed
I'm a Dyson user with the Dyson Corded Big Ball, Cordless V11, and Dyson Ventilation device in my home. I'm not someone who's unfamiliar with these products. Unfortunately, the Torque Drive Motorized Nozzle on my cordless vacuum cleaner spontaneously broke down just after the warranty period ended. When I reached out to Dyson's live support, they conducted thorough inspections and checks, concluding that the motor inside the nozzle was the issue, and I would need to purchase a new one. While the warranty had indeed expired, it raises a crucial question: why invest in Dyson at a premium price if the internal components break down without user error within just 2.5 years? It feels like these materials are designed to last only through the warranty period. I would have expected a globally renowned brand like Dyson to stand by the quality of its materials, especially in the case of a production error. I used to enthusiastically recommend Dyson products to my friends, but now I regret my purchases and recommendations due to this situation. I'll certainly take this experience into account when considering future Dyson products.

I hope you realize that there is a huge gap between writing "Your satisfaction is very important to us" and the representative saying on the phone that there is nothing we can do about it. You could have just written the same thing here without bothering. But then, many people would see it, right! It has become clear once again how important satisfaction is to you. I would have expected you to stand behind your brand value.
