Low Performance and Poor Customer Service with Dyson V11 Vacuum


Hey, I've got a Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner. Lately, I've noticed that the nozzle in the entrance of the tube is making weird noises and not moving properly, so I can't use it. I contacted Dyson because I heard from others that they might help even if the warranty has already expired. Unfortunately, even though Dyson says they support their products, I haven't made any progress in getting my problem solved. I'm really disappointed about this. I thought Dyson, who's known for making really good products, would have better customer service. But, my experience has actually been the opposite. I was hoping for a better result, but it seems like my worries aren't being taken care of.
