Dyson Submarine Mop Head Keeps Failing – No Support for Replacements

I purchased my Dyson Submarine in February last year, and by August, the mop head stopped working. Dyson sent a replacement, but now, in May, the new head has also failed.

When I originally contacted Dyson, they assured me they would always assist with issues. However, now they claim they can only replace the mop head once per year, meaning I have to wait until August to receive another one.

I bought this vacuum to mop and vacuum at the same time, yet now I am stuck using it without the mopping feature. For the most expensive vacuum on the market, this is completely unacceptable. Dyson, stand by your product and provide proper support! I expect an immediate replacement—not months of waiting!
