I purchased the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine from Media Markt on September 8, 2024, and since day one, the submarine head hasn’t been working properly. It doesn’t mop or spray water as it should. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they confirmed during a video call that the head was defective and promised to send a replacement. After 4-5 days with no update, I called again, only to be told that my order was incorrectly entered. They promised to fix it and call me back, but I was never contacted. When I followed up again, they said they were sending a filter instead of the submarine head, despite my repeated explanations that the issue is with the head, not the filter. They insisted it was part of their procedure and that I’d have to wait for the next steps if the filter doesn’t fix the problem. This process keeps dragging on, and I’m left following up constantly. I haven’t been able to use the device since I bought it. If I were an influencer, my issue would have been resolved by now, but it seems regular customers are ignored. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to take this to the Consumer Court.
