Dyson V11 Power And Filter Faults Not Fixed - Device Returned Damaged By Service




I have been experiencing serious power and filter problems with my Dyson V11 cordless vacuum cleaner since 10 October 2025. The device shuts down by itself while in use and its performance has significantly decreased, preventing me from cleaning my home properly. Because of this, I sent my Dyson V11 to an authorized service center. However, the service did not resolve the power failure and filter error, and they returned my vacuum cleaner to me in a damaged condition. There was no such damage on the device before I sent it to the service, and I was extremely disappointed to see that the problem was not solved and that new damage had occurred. Afterwards, I contacted Dyson customer service and reported both the unresolved malfunction and the damage caused by the service. I was told that they would get back to me, but I have not received any response so far. At the moment, I am unable to use my Dyson V11 due to both the ongoing power problem and the damage caused during the service process. I request that my Dyson V11 be properly repaired as soon as possible, that all faults be permanently resolved, and that any damage caused by the authorized service be repaired and any necessary parts replaced free of charge. I expect my issue to be handled urgently and that I be provided with a clear and final solution.
