Dyson Wash G1 Leaking Water Issue Not Fixed Despite Service Repair

The Dyson Wash G1 product I purchased from the official Dyson seller on Trendyol on August 5, 2025, turned out to be defective from the very first day. While using the product, water leaks from the sides, and when I stop, it releases the accumulated water onto the floor. This issue occurs during every use and is clearly caused by the product’s own defect. I sent the product for service on October 31, 2025, and was told it had been repaired, but after receiving it back, the same problems continued. I contacted Dyson customer service and requested a refund, but I was told that the refund decision belongs to the service center and that I cannot contact them directly. They said they could only create a fault request and did not share the service’s contact information. The product is still under warranty, and my invoice number is b012025001149985. Despite the product being faulty, no solution has been provided. I request a full refund.
