Dear Sir/Madam, Our vacuum cleaner, which was sent to you via the “Kolay Gelsin” cargo company on 05.06.2025, was delivered to us on 14.06.2025. The problem with the product is that the cable is pulled in by the reel by itself; you have informed us that all necessary checks have been made and the problem has been resolved. However, when we wanted to use the product today, we regretfully observed that the same problem continues without any change. At this point, we are curious about your explanation on which checks were made by you and how the problem was resolved. We would like to state that we expect a much more professional after-sales service experience from a brand known for its reliability worldwide such as Dyson. This process has caused us serious disappointment on behalf of your brand. We kindly request that the necessary examination be meticulously repeated and a written response be provided to us. We wish you good work.
