Dyson Refused Warranty Support for My Vacuum Cleaner Bought in October 2022



My Dyson vacuum cleaner, which I bought in October 2022, started to malfunction near the end of the warranty period. It switches off spontaneously, the charge runs out instantly, dust comes out of the dust container. I called for these before the end of the warranty period, but the call centre did not provide the support I expected. They work between 09:00-18:00 during the week, they do not work at weekends. Since I work on weekdays, I do not have the opportunity to call, and when I called today, they said that they would provide paid service and I was informed that I could provide information by correspondence. However, this information was not given before the warranty. I really regretted so much that I regretted everything I went through during the process, I was very happy with my vacuum cleaner until now but the process made me regret it.
