Dyson Purifier Cool Humidifier Error - No Refund Yet

I have been experiencing a problem with my Dyson Purifier Cool since 10/11/2025. The humidifier function of the device gives an error and does not work at all. After noticing this situation, I contacted the service and service support was provided; they came and picked up the product from me on 11/11/2025. Despite the malfunction in the humidifier part and the fact that the device cannot be used as intended, my expectation from Dyson is to receive a full refund for the product. I request that my refund process be initiated as soon as possible and that I be informed about the progress.
