Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde BP03 Wheels Broke and Filters Failed Fast

Why shouldn't you buy the Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde BP03 Air Purifier (Bright Nickel/Prussian Blue)? I'm sharing based on my personal experience. On December 31, 2024, I purchased two Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde BP03 air purifiers. In less than five months, the wheels started to break — they broke on their own. When I looked at the wheel section, I saw that the legs were poorly made and went against basic physics. Naturally, the wheels breaking was inevitable. Initially, the devices did not emit any odor, but now they smell as if the filter is dirty or expired. The odor is so strong that it's impossible to use the device. It’s stated that the filters should last for five years, but after only five months, their life dropped to 60%. At this rate, the filter will probably be completely used up in a year. Their "five years" refers to using the device for 10 minutes a day under very clean air conditions. One of the devices was sent to the service center, and they revised the legs. However, we haven’t taken it back yet, because they made repairs without asking us what we wanted. It seems they believe consumer choice is something they can decide for us.
