Dear Dyson,

After purchasing your product, I was shocked to see it break twice within three months. One side broke after two months, and the other side followed a month later. This happened despite using it carefully, knowing how expensive it is. Seeing so many others experiencing the same issue makes me deeply disappointed in Dyson’s quality.

As shown in the photos, the product has been barely used, yet it still failed. I even recommended Dyson to friends, only to find out they’re facing similar problems. It’s disheartening that such an issue exists with a brand like Dyson.

You’ve claimed this is a user error, but the real mistake seems to be trusting Dyson to deliver quality. I urge you to stand behind your products—losing a customer is easy, but earning trust is hard. Please take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.
