Dyson Lost a Part of My Vacuum During Mydyson Care - Refused Responsibility

I am complaining about the Mydyson Care Maintenance Service (!) and its process and Kolay Gelsin cargo. After purchasing the MyDyson Care Maintenance Service, no one responds. You start a transaction with a digital assistant for a tedious period and method. A courier (from Kolay Gelsin, an ordinary cargo company that has neither a branch nor a warehouse center, and where you cannot find anyone other than the digital assistant) is directed to pick up from your home. Your vacuum cleaner, which you delivered to the courier with all its parts, is sent back to you with a missing pipe. You report it to Dyson. It says, "The cargo process is your responsibility." You report it to the cargo company. It says, "Contact your company, we delivered it." Neither the cargo company nor Dyson accepts responsibility. As a result; the vacuum cleaner that you wanted to have maintained and have a long life explodes in your hands, unusable. Thank you, supposedly quality and corporate Dyson and Kolay Gelsin.
