Dyson Gen5detect Wall Dock Station Can't Be Reassambled Once Taken Down

On November 21, 2023, I ordered a Gen5detect rechargeable upright vacuum cleaner from the shopping site Hepsiburada, whose seller is Dyson Turkey. The vacuum cleaner arrived on November 24, 2023, and I just started using it. On November 30, 2023, I wanted to assemble the wall bracket, but I noticed that we could not remove the bracket for hanging the vacuum cleaner, which came out of the box, after attaching it to the wall. I called the customer service of Dyson Turkey and the customer service representative told me that in case of moving from the house I am currently living in, there is no way for me to disassemble the hanging bracket I assembled and carry it to my new house, that all Dyson rechargeable vacuum cleaners are manufactured in this way and that if we move out of the house, I can buy and use the hanging bracket for the new house or if I don't want to deal with the wall dock, I can buy the free standing unit on the website for money as if it is a very convenient and normal thing. I am a person who has to move every 2-3 years due to my profession, and it is an extremely absurd and wrong sales policy that harms nature and my pocket every time I leave a part that is impossible to dismantle without destroying the wall of the house I am leaving, and that I have to spend again for the new house I move to and buy the same part. Also, for such cases, you should offer your free standing hanging unit as an option that comes out of the box, not as a paid alternative. I bought the most expensive rechargeable vacuum cleaner in Turkey because of my infinite trust in the brand. My corded vacuum cleaner at home is also Dyson, a brand I love and trust, but your sales policy and the distrust you give to the customer shook me very, very much. I don't want to buy the wall bracket every time and not be able to disassemble it and damage the nature and the structure of the house I moved to so much. As a customer, I was not informed that the wall dock was disposable, if I had been, I would never have bought this vacuum cleaner. For this reason, I demand that the free-standing unit be delivered to me free of charge in order to eliminate my grievance. I hope that what I have written will be taken seriously and you will regain your trust in me.
