Dyson Gen 5 Vacuum Battery Drains Too Fast And Does Not Clean Whole House

I purchased a Dyson Gen 5 vacuum cleaner from Dyson’s official website about four months ago, and I am experiencing a serious battery issue. The device is equipped with a 2500 mAh battery, which is nowhere near sufficient to clean my 130 m² home on a single charge. At best, I can barely finish two rooms before having to recharge the device.
Recharging the battery takes around 5 hours, after which I can continue cleaning. Most of the time, I use the device on Eco Mode, but when I switch to High Mode, the battery drains completely in just 5 minutes.
When I contacted customer service through WhatsApp, they told me there was no problem with the battery and suggested that I purchase a second one. However, the price of an additional battery is around ₺7,500, which is unreasonably high. Despite the device being under warranty, I am left with a vacuum that cannot perform a full cleaning on one charge.
I request that Dyson replace the current battery with a higher-capacity model free of charge, as the existing one does not meet practical usage needs. I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this issue.
