Dyson V15 Vacuum Trigger Stopped Working
About a year ago, I purchased a Dyson V15 upright vacuum from a seller named Dorukexpress on Trendyol. Recently, the trigger developed an issue. I sent it to Dyson for repair, and they offered a replacement or refund. However, when I informed the seller, they said they could only issue a refund since they didn't have another unit in stock. Unfortunately, there's a significant price difference between what I paid a year ago and the current price. With that money, I can't afford a new one. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they also couldn't assist. I'm left feeling stranded. I'm lodging complaints against both Dyson and Dorukexpress. I demand a resolution to my issue: either a replacement, repair, or compensation that allows me to purchase a new one.
