Dyson V12 Vacuum Battery Not Replaced for a Month Despite Warranty

I called Dyson Customer Services on 29.08.2024 after the Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner did not work. Based on the video call they made, they stated that the battery was broken. They stated that if the battery is in stock, it will be sent immediately, if not, it will be sent within 20 business days, and that the warranty period has not expired yet. Even though we called every week, the battery was not sent. 20 business days have expired on 27.09.2024. Thereupon, customer services were called again on 30.09.2024, but they were informed that it had not arrived yet and asked us to register a complaint if you wish. Upon registration of the complaint, we were called again on the same day, 30.09.2024. It was stated that it would be sent when it arrived that there was no battery in stock. When asked, the answer was given that the product comes from too far away and is unknown. Even though the legal service period has passed, we have been victimized and no period has been given yet. My elderly mother was using the vacuum cleaner and we were in a difficult situation. No solution proposal has been given and there is still no deadline. We don't know what to do. Although the so-called authorized services are said to be very good, 1 month has passed and the product is just waiting.

I was called by Dyson customer service today (08.10.2024). They informed me that they have shipped the battery. I'm glad I shared this here, otherwise, who knows how long I would have waited. I will share any updates here.
