Unauthorized Epoch.com Charge Without Verification Code

Unauthorized and improper charges were made on my credit card, even though I did not make any purchases. Additionally, for a transaction exceeding $31, the approval code (verification system) was not triggered. This indicates that my personal and financial information may have been used in violation of data protection regulations.

Due to this unauthorized transaction, which I neither used nor approved, I have been financially harmed. I request that my loss be resolved and that the charged amount be fully refunded.
