Amazon Audible Charged My Card Without Subscription

Audible charged my card without my knowledge. I do not have the app installed, and I do not have any active subscription. Because of this issue, my bank canceled my cards. If a refund is not issued, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office.

My cards are insured, and the bank has opened an investigation into these transactions that were made without my knowledge. Two separate charges of $14.95 USD were made on October 9 and November 9. I am requesting a full refund of these charges.
