Report Unauthorized Epoch.com Charge and Request Immediate Refund

How is it even possible that Epoch.com can charge my credit card without my permission from a place I don’t even recognize? This is ridiculous! I wake up in the middle of the night to a notification saying money was taken from my account. What is this? I have no idea what this charge is or where it came from.

Fix this situation immediately! I want a response regarding this issue.
