Dyson Airwrap Complete Multi -Styler Missing Part in It's Box

I've bought an Dyson AIRWRAP complete multi -styler on November 23. Today, it lit up a red light which it requires a filter cleaning. Then I've noticed that there is no filter cleaner in the box. After doing some inquiry through internet, I've seen that there are so many people in Turkey having same problem with me. I then informed Dyson TR by means of live chat and I've received we're very sorry but we cannot do something to correct our mistake because shopping was more than a month ago as an answer. Do not buy anything from Dyson before checking whole contents of box...
