Dyson Online Payment Error and Bad Customer Service

On March 21st, I encountered significant challenges while attempting to purchase a Dyson filter from your website. Despite encountering a system error during the payment process, the payment was still deducted from my account. Upon contacting customer service, I was instructed to wait 48 hours for resolution. However, upon follow-up, I was informed that the order had been cancelled due to an alleged incorrect product selection on my part. Subsequently, I was directed to a link to make payment for the correct filter, priced at 1500 TL instead of the initial 2400 TL. After a 5-day delay, the package arrived, but to my dismay, it contained an air vent cover instead of the expected filter. Despite repeated efforts to rectify the situation through customer service, including the creation of a return code, the issue remains unresolved. I have been informed that once the product is returned and approved, a refund process will commence, which may take up to 15 days. Additionally, I was advised to place a new order. However, upon attempting to do so, I encountered the same error on your website, resulting in another deduction from my account without the placement of an order. Despite multiple attempts to explain the situation to your customer service representatives, there has been no resolution, and I have been asked to wait an additional 48 hours each time. This series of events has not only caused frustration but also financial loss, as I missed out on a 210 TL credit card promotion. The time wasted in dealing with these issues is also invaluable. It is disappointing to experience such incompetence in both customer service and website functionality from a reputable company like Dyson in Turkey. Therefore, I urgently request a resolution to these issues and improvements to your infrastructure and customer service processes to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and cooperation in resolving this matter.
