Consumer Victimization With Sudden Price Reductions on Dyson
Hello, On 15.08.2024, I bought the vertical vacuum cleaner called ‘Dyson V15s Detect Submarine’ for 30999 TL from the Dyson Turkey store via Trendyol. In my conversation with Dyson customer service the day before I bought the product, they stated that we do not have a different discount or campaign other than the campaigns on the website. But today, I saw that Trendyol Dyson Turkey store special ₺4000 coupon was defined, and 38 people created an order for this product I bought. Big companies like Trendyol and Dyson victimize other customers with such sudden and short-term discounts. In addition, Amazon eliminates the possible victimization of customers by providing a low-price guarantee. However, it is known that if the product is discounted within 14 days, the refund of the difference is legal and there are decisions taken on this issue. I request that the relevant Trendyol and Dyson companies also protect consumer rights and eliminate victimization in this regard
