Duolingo Charged Me ₺839 Without Consent and I’m Waiting for a Refund from Apple
I was shocked to see that at 4:39 in the morning, ₺839 was taken out of my account without my permission. I had been using Duolingo for years. I had no plans to start a subscription, so this charge came as a total surprise. The app used to work fine, but it looks like they're taking advantage by setting up services that users didn't want. I've already asked Apple for a return and am now waiting for their answer. Having to deal with this is annoying, and I highly advise others to be careful before loading the app. I hope this problem is fixed soon, but this situation makes me not want to use the service again.
