Duolingo Charged Me for a Membership I Never Subscribed

Duolingo application deducted a membership fee from my account without my knowledge. It showed that I was a member even though I never downloaded the application. I only realized this when I saw a notification on my bank application indicating that a purchase had been made from abroad. I immediately contacted my bank to report the unauthorized transaction and request assistance. After verifying that I had never subscribed or given consent, I attempted to reach Duolingo’s customer service but received no response. This unexpected charge has caused significant inconvenience. I request a full refund of the amount deducted and expect the issue to be resolved promptly to avoid further unauthorized charges.
