I Face Account Lockout on Instagram After Duo Mobile Reset on iPhone 14 Pro Max

I was using the Duo Mobile app for two-factor authentication on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, linked to my Instagram account. However, about a month ago, my phone was reset, and all my Duo Mobile authentication codes were deleted. Now, I can’t access my Instagram account with the username “motoclub38.5.”

I also don’t have my backup codes, and despite reaching out to Instagram’s support team, I haven’t received any response. This situation has caused me serious inconvenience since I can’t regain access to my account.

I am requesting that Duo Mobile provide the backup codes or help me log back into my motoclub38.5 Instagram account. I urgently need this issue resolved.
