On September 24, 2025, I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts location in Tbilisi and ordered a donut and an iced latte. While the latte was fine, both donuts I received had a strong, unpleasant oily smell, suggesting that they might have been fried in old or overused oil.
I immediately informed the staff, who were polite and offered to replace my donut. Unfortunately, the second one smelled just as greasy, which made me question the freshness of the ingredients and the oil being used.
I’m requesting that the store review its donut preparation process and ensure that products are made with clean, fresh oil. Dunkin’ Donuts is known for quality and freshness, and I hope this issue is addressed promptly so that customers in Tbilisi can enjoy their products safely and with confidence.
