The moment I needed Dropbox the most, it completely failed me!!! I was in the middle of applying for a visa, with all my crucial documents stored in Dropbox. I was already pressed for time and urgently needed to print some of these documents, then Dropbox decided to stop working at the worst possible moment. My files just seemed to vanish into thin air. I lost my place in line and now have to start the entire process over again. None of my files were moved, renamed, or deleted—they simply weren’t where I had left them. This is beyond frustrating and utterly unacceptable. How can a service that promises reliability fail so spectacularly when you need it the most? I trusted Dropbox with my important documents, and it let me down in the worst way possible. I’m done with this unreliable service. This level of failure is just inexcusable.
