I Can’t Cancel DramaWave Purchase

I’m very frustrated with the DramaWave app. I accidentally made a purchase due to a cracked screen on my device, which caused the app to process the payment without any confirmation from me. The worst part is that the payment was immediately withdrawn from my saved credit card without warning or approval.

When I tried to cancel the purchase and request a refund, I realized there's no option to do so through the app. Other products I’ve tried canceling in the past were processed quickly, so I can’t understand why this one is being delayed or ignored. This purchase was not intentional, and it was clearly an error caused by hardware—not user consent.

I demand that the transaction be canceled immediately and the full amount refunded to my account without any further delay. It’s unacceptable to make it so difficult to reverse accidental purchases. I expect DramaWave to address this issue urgently and improve their cancellation and refund processes to prevent such problems in the future.
