Request For Refund After Immediate DramaWave Subscription Cancellation
I recently subscribed to the Dramawave weekly subscription via the Play Store. Shortly after starting the subscription, I realized that I am no longer interested in the episodes and content offered on the platform and that the service does not meet my expectations. Today, on 8 March 2026, I cancelled the subscription through the Apple Store app approximately one hour ago and also sent an email regarding this cancellation. Despite cancelling almost immediately, the weekly subscription fee of 19.99 was charged to my account. Since I cancelled the Dramawave subscription very shortly after subscribing and do not wish to use the service, I kindly request that the 19.99 charged for this weekly subscription be fully refunded to my original method of payment as soon as possible and that my subscription is confirmed as cancelled so that no further charges are applied.
