If DramaBox charged your card without an active membership,
• First, confirm where the charge came from;

– Review App Store / Google Play purchase history
– Make sure it’s not a hidden subscription on another account
– Many users get charged from a different Apple ID or Google account
• Check if it’s a real subscription or one-time charge;
– DramaBox often uses weekly or recurring billing plans
– Even if you don’t see it in the app, it may still be active in store settings
• Request a refund immediately;
– Apple → reportaproblem.apple.com
– Google Play → Order history → Request refund
– Refunds are usually only considered within ~48 hours
• Contact DramaBox support;
• Write:
– “I was charged without an active subscription. Please refund this charge immediately.”
– Attach:
– Bank screenshot
– Receipt / transaction ID
