DramaBox Subscription Not Activated After Google Play Payment
I made a payment of $15.99 on July 2, 2026 through Google Play for a weekly subscription to DramaBox. On my card statement, this appears as a Google temporary hold, and the money has already been deducted from my available balance. Despite this, Drama Box still shows that the subscription is not paid and I do not have access to the weekly service. I am in the United States and I have not been able to find any clear contact information for either Drama Box or a support channel that can resolve this issue, so I am explaining the situation here. I paid for the weekly subscription and the amount is no longer available on my card, yet I am not receiving the service I intended to purchase. I request that my weekly subscription be activated immediately and that full access be granted without any further delay. If for any reason this cannot be done, I ask that any hold or charge related to this $15.99 payment be released or refunded as soon as possible so that I am not left without both my money and the service.
