Can't Use My DramaBox Subscription

I purchased a one-year DramaBox subscription as a guest user on my Android device through the Google Play Store on March 3, 2026. Until recently, I was able to use this subscription without any problems. About a week ago, I realized that my guest account had been deleted and since then I have not been able to access the remaining period of my paid subscription. Right now, I cannot use my active paid subscription on any profile. After noticing that the guest account was gone, I created a new account and tried various ways to link or restore my purchase, but the subscription does not transfer and I still cannot benefit from the service I have already paid for. I do have the Google Play receipt showing the purchase and renewal details. I kindly request that my one-year subscription purchased via Google Play be restored and associated with an account I can log into, or that another appropriate solution be provided so I can access the remaining subscription period that I have paid for. If restoration is not possible, I expect a refund corresponding to the unused portion of my subscription.
