Domino's Pizza Ticket Payment Failed - Courier Had No NFC

On November 2, 2025, I placed a ₺560 pizza order from Domino’s choosing the Ticket payment option at the door. However, when the courier arrived, I couldn’t complete the payment because his phone did not have the NFC application, so I had to return the order without receiving it. Despite this, the order was marked as “delivered” in the system. This situation caused both a waste of time and frustration. If you offer payment options such as Ticket or Ender Card, why don’t you provide the proper infrastructure to accept these payments? When I contacted customer service, they told me I needed to pay by cash or bank transfer, which I find completely unacceptable. I expect Domino’s to apologize for this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that other customers don’t face the same issue.
