Whenever we place an order for the Combo Large pizza under the name Gel Al at 8:48 PM on April 22nd, we are consistently let down when it arrives. As usual, this time was no different. The garlic sauce, for which there is an additional charge, is consistently omitted from the garlic sauce lover option. We've lost track of the number of times this has occurred. In addition, the ocakbaşı is prepared in such a careless manner, it seems to lack any sense of organization. Upon further inquiry, we were informed that the ingredients had been reduced, resulting in a noticeable decline in quality. When we laid eyes on the pizza, we flat out rejected it and promptly brought it back to the store. They inquired about the absence in the order, seemingly oblivious to the situation. After our explanation, they kindly offered to include the garlic sauce that was missing from the cold pizza. Anyone up for some pizza with a twist? We are not the ones. We politely declined and asked for a remake, which unfortunately meant we had to make another trip back home. Do we have to put up with this lack of consistency every single time? It's quite perplexing and disheartening. We are disappointed by the lack of attention to detail displayed by Domino's Pizza, a brand that holds a special place in our hearts.
