Domino’s Delivered a Medium Pizza Instead of XL and Took 2 Hours to Fix My Order

To Whom It May Concern, An hour after I ordered an XL pizza, they delivered a medium-sized pizza at the same price. We refused to accept the delivery and instead requested a new order. We had to wait another hour for that. The pizza that finally arrived was cold. In short, I placed my order at 11:00 PM and didn't receive it until 1:00 AM. Given this error, we would have anticipated receiving priority delivery. I no longer plan to order from this Domino's location. (Antalya/Aksu) It deeply saddens me to see the company's operations in Turkey deteriorating over time. Order No.: C0B02A
