On May 17th, I placed an order at the İzmir/Pınarbaşı branch. I added extra items like garlic crust, but they sent it plain without any additions. When I called to address the issue, they told me to write a note for the next order, and they would send it as requested. On May 23rd, I placed another order with a note, but once again, they ignored the note and sent the plain product. Finally, yesterday, I placed another order with a note, and they once again sent a plain product. When I contacted them, they jokingly asked why I didn't inform them when the delivery personnel see the notes. I asked for the central office number, but the number provided by my friend is unreachable. Writing here seems to be my last resort. I hope they respond as soon as possible and don't tell me that I have to file a complaint with THH (Consumer Protection Agency) for 10 or 15 liras.
