Domino’s Delivered Fewer Pizza Slices Than Ordered


On January 9, 2025, at around 6:30 PM, I placed an order with the Domino’s Pizza Mardin Artuklu branch using order code e4CF4. Even though I selected a 12-slice pizza, I was delivered a pizza with only 8 slices. In addition, the aged cheese–stuffed crust, which I specifically selected by paying an extra fee, was missing. The pizza was delivered with plain, regular crust.
After noticing the issue, I contacted the branch by phone. They told me that the system showed Parmesan crust, but there was no aged cheese crust or Parmesan crust on the pizza at all. I am also providing a screenshot of the selection screen from their own website as proof.
Because this same issue had happened to me several times before, I had avoided ordering from Domino’s for a long time. Experiencing the same problem again has made me decide that I will not be ordering for a long time going forward.
I feel wronged because, for an order that cost me $13, I received fewer slices than ordered and did not receive the extra-paid crust option. I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for this order.
